hope everyone understands that I'm all for conserving the environment. I think God gave us a beautiful world and we should all do our part to keep it clean and beautiful so that all can enjoy it. I also believe we should conserve energy and water and do more to keep pollutants out of the air. but all this talk of global warming. I look out my window and I say its nonsense! Last fall I listened to soooo many people talk about so many places that are experiencing global warming and to be honest I started to believe them. I even tried telling Matt that it was true. He was smarter than me and didn’t believe any of it. During Sundance the temperature highs were in the single digits and the lows were in the double digit negatives and nobody was complaining about global warming then. Instead they were complaining about how cold it was. there was even rumor of Sundance suing the High School that hosted the premiers because the foyer was too cold. And I recently read an article complaining about how much snow we have been getting. when last year they were complaining about the lack of. I don’t know about you but it seems to me that people in this day and age just like to complain. the quality of life in this country is better than it ever has been and it seems the better it gets the more there is to gripe about.

AMEN SISTA'!!! Darryl and I were saying the other day that we need to send a picture of all the snow to everyone praying for moisture and ask them to be more specific about the location.
I can't believe all the snow you got. That is why I couldn't live in Park City. I would be too afraid to drive anywhere.
I'm laughing out loud right now and thinking some day it's all going to get burned and then everyone's really going to think global warming!
Just because you get dumped on with snow doesn't mean the global warming isn't true silly. Besides the fact that it's a work in progress. But the snow IS beautiful!
Just to clarify-- I do believe in global warming. I can't agree more though about people complaining about everything! Urggg. Enough already. Enjoy life.
It's true, we all need a little reminder to not complain about life...whatever the circumstance. In the summer I was dying of heat in my apartment (no AC and incredibly high temps) and I kept reminding myself that in 6 months I would be feeling that everything was too cold. I'm grateful for the snow--it's beautiful and we need the moisture but I sure don't love driving in it!
